Using the Son of Oak City of Mist TTRPG, our crew of ragtag investigators are three Grimm Brothers fairytales reincarnated in modern day.
Join Aston, Benjamin and Charlie on their hunt through their city of Grandmarch where fairytales walk amongst humans and a little girl has gone missing.Airing on Youtube every Monday at 4PM pacific


Meet the Team

Haelley Hogan

Haelley Hogan (they/them) is the Creative Director at Caltrop Chronicles. While Haelley does not have much formal experience in the performing arts outside of symphony band throughout school, they bring a sense of business know-how with their degree in Communication Arts and a passion for storytelling.Alongside the mission statement of CC, Haelley wishes to create an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. They hope to see CC become a place of community expression by uplifting new talent and seeking out games and experiences to show them off to new audiences.


Makari Robinson-McNeese

Makari Robinson-McNeese (they/them) is the Director of Development at Caltrop Chronicles. Prior to CC, they trained at the Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts and worked with several professional theatre companies such as The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, the Center of the Creative Arts, and the ACTION Art Collaborative.In addition to the mission statement of CC, Makari personally strives to make room in the TTRPG space for more queer and BIPOC-focused stories. They aim to do this through the series that are produced through CC and also community outreach!


Ian Werner

Ian Werner (he/him) is the Technical Director for Caltrop Chronicles. Since he was little, Ian had a fascination for video games, music, and storytelling, studying the fields his whole life and supplementing this curiosity with his stint at Rutgers University and earning a degree in Information Technology & Informatics, as well as a minor in Music Technology.As much as he doesn’t have the same experience in the performative arts as others, Ian is just as committed to the Caltrop Chronicles mission statement. He aspires to spend his career telling impossible stories, helping others tell their own, and living out his dreams of flying trains.
